Vulcan-Hart's Electric Convection Oven allows hot air to circulate throughout the oven to cook or bake your food more evenly than a non-convection oven. Solid state temperature controls adjust from 150° to 500°F.The oven is heated by electric solid sheath elements rated at 12 KW. It is furnished with a two-speed 1/2 horsepower oven blower-motor. The single deck oven's top, sides and front are made of stainless steel, and the independently-operated, stainless steel doors have double pane windows. The interior is porcelain enamel on steel and measures 22-1/8" l. x 29" w. x 20"h. The non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors. This oven has eleven nickel-plated rack position guides with positive rack stops for the five nickel-plated oven racks. The five oven racks measure 28 1/4" x 20 1/2". This oven is 208V/12.5KW and has a 60-minute timer with audible alarm. It also features an oven cool switch for rapid cool-down.
